- We depend squarely on our shipping partners to get your gifts delivered across India in good shape and on time. We work with the leading shipping companies in India- Blue Dart, DTDC and Aramex courier. As the courier infrastructure in India evolves, we try to keep abreast with the latest. We try to ship within 48 hours of receiving an order, and generally the delivery time for gifts sent to cities in India is less than 4 days. This can extend in some cases (for certain gift items, sending gifts to smaller cities, and during rush periods). Whatever the constraints, we are with you in trying to send gifts as reliably and quickly as possible.
- Privacy & Security
- We are here to build long term value for you- our customers. In this process, we will never compromise your privacy and security. We use your contact information *only* to reach out to you for transactional purposes, and to let you know of special offers and deals from our side. We will never share your contact information with any third party for any reason whatsoever, including our business partners. We also do not take or store any credit card or payment information: that is directly captured by ccAvenue- our payment partner, and only used for one transaction.
- Payment Problems
- We have partnered with the leading payment processor in India (ccAvenue), and work with them to give you the best service availability and reliability possible. As it happens, transaction failures do occasionally happen, and it is not reason for alarm. In case there was a problem with your transaction/payment- please write to us at customerservice@totalgifting.com with full details of your gifting order, and we will take care of it.
- Updating Account Information
- You can view your orders by visiting the My Account link at the top. It is also helpful to store your address and other contact details with us- it makes the checkout process simpler. You can update all these through the My Account section as well.
